What's in a name? After having spent many hours poring over baby names before the birth of our youngest son, the meaning of the name we chose was pretty important to us, with a meaning that's equally important. When I got my order, I was very impressed with the quality of the frame, and they also included a laminated pocket card with the name and the verse they'd chosen - but the name meaning was not the meaning we'd found and loved when we chose our son's name. I emailed John at CrossTimber, asking what they do in circumstances such as this, when there is obviously another meaning I'd never found before. The product was beautiful, the quality superb, but the meaning wasn't what I'd expected. He replied very fast, mentioned their email-proof option that I could have chosen at checkout to preview my order and may have prevented this, and immediately corrected my son's plaque. Within the week a new plaque insert arrived, and it's perfect. CrossTimber also included a new laminated bookmark with the corrected meaning. I'm completely impressed with the customer service!
