Anita Kline – Customer Service Manager

Anita began homeschooling in 1995. She is now teaching the youngest of her 11 children and is blessed to be watching her grandchildren being educated at home! Her family lives on the Pennsylvania farm her husband grew up on and they raise, besides children, sheep and chickens. A school day, in addition to books and paper, might include making hay, planting or weeding a garden, looking for salamanders and crayfish in the creek, helping a ewe in labor, or processing a deer. She is a 4H leader and worked in drama ministries for over 20 years, enjoys gardening, reading, and cooking. Having her children at home, working and learning as a family, has been a joy, even when things don’t run smoothly!

Susan Kramer – Customer Service

Susan feels blessed to be able to use her passion for customer service to help support our SchoolhouseTeachers.com members. She lives in North Carolina with her husband and their three children – Adam, Riah, and Mara. After spending 9 years in the public school system, they felt God telling them it was time to bring all three children home to complete their education and have been loving every moment of the adventure!

Windy Norris – Customer Service Rep

Windy and her husband have been married for 18 years and have three sons (two teens and a preteen). She’s in her tenth year of homeschooling their boys and graduated their oldest last year! While their boys have excelled academically, Windy believes 3 John 1:4 says it best, “I have no greater joy than to hear that my children walk in truth.” Their family followed God’s calling and moved from Mississippi in 2021 to plant a new church in Idaho where they currently pastor. Homeschooling has provided so many opportunities for their family to be used of God. Their boys are actively involved in several areas of the church, including ushering, door greeting, outreach, preaching, music ministry (providing the music in their new church plant along with other church functions throughout their state district), and so much more. It is important to Windy and her husband to train their boys up in the way they should go, and for them, homeschooling and the freedom it affords have proven to be a great asset in allowing them to do so. As a TOS Customer Service Representative, Windy is thankful for the opportunity to help other parents with their own homeschooling journeys as well!

Lauren Sasseen – Customer Service Rep

Lauren Sasseen is a minister’s wife and mother of five. She loves to help out at her church and seeing their children want to jump in and help too! She homeschools all four of her children ranging from kindergarten to 9th grade. She is thankful to be raising her kids in church and teaching them to walk in the path of truth! Lauren has worked in all areas of customer service from management down and helping people is something she enjoys so much! Lauren hopes to make a mark on peoples lives by showing how much she genuinely cares. She is thrilled to have the opportunity to help and encourage other homeschooling parents through Schoolhouse teachers!

Katie Steele – Customer Service Rep

Katie enjoys supporting and assisting fellow homeschooling parents, and is thankful to be able to do so at TOS. She lives in Michigan, has been married for 27 years, has three grown daughters, and just finished her homeschooling journey after 21 years.
