Susan Kramer – Customer Service Manager

Susan feels blessed to be able to use her passion for customer service to help support our members. She lives in North Carolina with her husband and their three children – Adam, Riah, and Mara. After spending 9 years in the public school system, they felt God telling them it was time to bring all three children home to complete their education and have been loving every moment of the adventure!

Melanie Gibson- Store Manager/Customer Service Rep

Melanie feels blessed to be able to use her passion for the homeschooling community by helping support our members. She lives in Texas with her husband and their four children. She has been homeschooling for 12 years and has 11 more to go! She enjoys reading and any activities that involve being outdoors.

Chauntele Hanns – Customer Service Rep

Chauntele Hanns is a child of God, a wife, a homeschool mom, author, and mentor who enjoys glorifying Jesus by encouraging and supporting other homeschooling families on their homeschooling journey. She holds a bachelor’s degree in English with a minor in Secondary Education. Her and her husband have been blessed with five children and began homeschooling with their first child. They enjoy playing together and sitting at Jesus’ feet together as a family. She is grateful to be apart of the customer service team as a customer service representative and as a mentor mom for

Karen Greene – Customer Service Rep

Karen feels very blessed to be a part of the customer service team. She lives in North Carolina with her husband and two children (and English Bulldog Heavy Hardrock Jr. ) She has a passion for homeschooling and loves helping families with their homeschooling needs. When she is not homeschooling or working ,she loves to read, cook and participate in physical fitness activities.

Kimberly B. – Customer Service Rep

Kimberly has been homeschooling her family of four since 2012 and loves the freedom it brings to her family.  She enjoys supporting other homeschooling families through her role in customer service and loves working for a company like TOS that feels like a big family.

Rachel L. – Customer Service Rep

Rachael lives in Ohio with her son. She enjoys quality time with her son, outdoor activities, reading, traveling and shopping. After her public school experience involving her son’s education and Special Needs services, she felt inspired to embark on a personal homeschooling journey with her son. Their new beginning also led Rachael to discover, where her desire to help others and her own related experiences played important roles in her decision to encourage and support others as a customer service team member.
