David Borrink – Senior Designer of TOS Magazine
David Borrink designs The Old Schoolhouse®Magazine and has been part of TOS since 2010. He met his wife, Sallie, online, and 27 years later they are still best friends. David and Sallie are in the latter years of their homeschooling journey with their only daughter, Caroline who is starting to see the home stretch heading toward “graduation”. David has worked in graphic design for four decades, starting in the corporate setting and then for the past 22 years in his own home business, which he runs with Sallie. David likes to spend time with his wife and daughter, read historical biographies, collect old road maps, and do “Husband and dad stuff”. David says his mission at TOS “is to make everyone look good. I want my design and work ethic to glorify Christ so that everyone is promoted and encouraged, whether it be the authors, staff, or the reader. It’s all about them.”
Sarah Sechler – Graphic Designer
Sarah designs graphics for social media as well as the HwH blog. She joined the TOS family in April 2016 as assistant to the Publishers with many years of experience in Administration support. Not long thereafter, she expressed interest in helping with smaller graphic design projects within the company. She considers graphic design as her creative outlet to which she finds both relaxing and fun.Sarah and her husband, Jeremy, live in Pennsylvania with their two homeschooled daughters, Isabelle and Alexa. She is committed to seeing their homeschooling journey through to the end. Along with being creative in graphic design, she enjoys listening to and playing music, summer evening campfires and taking trips to the mountains with her family. Most of all she loves the Lord and desires to be an instrument for Him in helping and encouraging others in their homeschooling journey as well.
Renee Neace – Marketing Assistant/Graphic Designer
Renee Neace earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Azusa Pacific University and has worked in marketing and communications for over 15 years. Proficient in design, marketing, and communications; she is uniquely skilled in marketing for ministries, education, and homeschool organizations.
Renee is well-versed in the creative process and professional software such as Adobe Creative Suite. She brings solid experience, creative sensibilities, and compelling concern for quality and the ministry behind The Old Schoolhouse.
Pamela Sinclair – Graphic Designer
Pamela Sinclair is a homeschooling veteran and has worked from home for over twenty years in graphic design, web design, writing, and marketing. She joined the TOS family in 2012 to assist with the design of SchoolhouseTeachers.com, various eBlasts, and misc. graphic needs. Now Pamela designs anything from sales campaigns to course and magazine covers to convention displays.
Pamela enjoys reading, playing with her fur babies, and learning random facts. She desires for her work and lifestyle to glorify Christ and hopes to encourage and inspire others.
