If you want your child to start speaking Spanish, let me introduce you to Frank and Paco. They are going to teach your child how to speak Spanish! These two cute puppets are so much fun to watch. Frank, Paco, and their friends party, play, and have fun with tunes so catchy that I find myself singing them too! Let's Learn Spanish with Frank & Paco DVDs are a great start to teaching your children Spanish as a second language. They are geared toward ages 2-10; however, all ages will pick up basic words just by watching it a few times.

Volume One includes three chapters that will introduce the child to about 50 words and phrases about home, play, and eating and drinking. It is about 30 minutes in length--just enough time to get dinner on the table! Various food and drink names are introduced, as well as family names and more! Children will learn how to communicate "I like," "I don't like," "I want," and more.

Volume Two has three chapters as well, covering 50 vocabulary words or phrases about My Day, My Body, and My Feelings. Viewers will learn to communicate about waking up, meals and snacks, going potty, and even getting tired and going to sleep. The chapter on My Body covers everything from the head to the toes. My Feelings teaches your child emotions from happy to angry. Frank and Paco even presents the Spanish for "please," "thank you," "you're welcome," and "I'm sorry."

At the end of each video, a fun song summarizes all of the words and phrases. Appendices provide more information about verbs, articles, and pronouns. Older children can utilize the rapid review to go over all the words learned.

Young viewers will really enjoy the bright colors and entertaining songs. The best part of Frank and Paco for me was that I got to skip the "No" stage with my 15-month-old! She loved Frank and Paco so much that her first word was "Si" (yes)! I highly recommend adding these videos to your collection. Your children will benefit in many ways!
