Colorful, bright, informational and sturdy--these are just a few things you can expect from the Eeboo U.S. and World Maps. Both maps are jumbo size, measuring 23.5 x25 inches when hung. They are laminated on both sides for extra sturdiness and have grommets on the four corners for easy hanging.

Along with beautiful detail of the United States, the U.S. Map has colorful pictures depicting various wildlife, landmarks, resources, agriculture, and industries throughout each state. A pictorial legend is included for easy identification of each. Stickers are included to personalize the U.S. Map by showing places you've visited or would like to visit and marking where your family and friends live. Each state shows the capital city. Along the outer edge of the map is a nifty feature that includes each state and its motto.

Much like the U.S. Map, the World Map features animated images that aid in bringing life and realism to the map. This map includes fun extras along the outer edges, including the seven wonders of the classical world, cloud formations, the solar system, and the various biomes of the world.

The Eeboo Maps can be enjoyed by all ages. I have a child as young as 2 and one as old as 15 and many in between. Each of the children enjoys exploring the map, looking at the pictures, and matching them to the legend. Many times throughout our homeschooling day, we refer to one of the maps to look up a certain place or feature, and oftentimes I find the children gathered around the maps, discussing the newest place they want to visit.

These maps do not have the detail an older student might need while studying history or geography; this is certainly something to keep in mind if that is your sole intent of having a map. We did try using the stickers; however, they were not very sticky, so we decided to forego them.

All in all, the Eeboo US and World Maps have made an excellent addition to not only our homeschooling studies but also our day-to-day life. They have enhanced our learning experience and aided in putting a love of geography into the hearts of my children.
