Icy Diamond Totes Insulated Bag Review by Whitney Dunahee

Icy Diamond totes are stylish, compact insulated bags. With dimensions of 5.5" long x 2" wide x 5" high, the bags are well suited for those times when you need to keep refrigerated medicine, small snacks, and other items cold and close at hand. The small size means that the bag can be kept right on the body, so the necessary items are nearby at all times. The adjustable bag can be used as a shoulder bag, fanny pack, or clutch. Or use the included carabineer clip to attach it to your belt.

The two included ice packs will keep items at refrigerator temperature for around six hours. Ideal for diabetic supplies, baby items, and more, these bags would be great for trips to the zoo, amusement park, or anywhere else where cold medications or foods might be needed. Some other creative uses for the Icy Diamond Tote are keeping cosmetics, epi-pens, baby teething rings, or small electronic items cool.

The bag looks great. It is a huge improvement over a bulky lunchbox when only a small amount of space is needed. The bags come in brown, navy, and pink. The brown Icy Diamond Tote I received to review is very pretty. On the back is a small pocket with plastic cover, perfect for sliding in a business card or other identification. If identification is not necessary, the pocket could hold a photo.

The tiny size is both a positive and a negative for this product. Because it is so small, it is easy to keep right on the body--a great benefit for those who must have access to chilled medications. On the other hand, the small size limits what can be carried. I would say the pack is large enough for small snacks for one person. It is not large enough for a full meal. The company website mentions that a larger Icy Diamond Backpack is coming soon, so perhaps a larger alternative will become available.

If the size of the tote meets your needs, I recommend the Icy Diamond Tote. The price of $14.95 is reasonable for such a useful and stylish product.
