You may have seen eeBoo products in catalogs. The company produces beautiful, high-quality toys and games based on the work of children's book artists. The products themselves do not disappoint! Make a Pie is a colorful and sweet introduction to fractions. Players spin to receive pie slices in varying sizes from 1/2 to 1/12. The goal is to fill your empty pie tin, printed on a sturdy fabric "picnic blanket." Be careful that your pie doesn't become "stymied" or impossible to complete! Your young child will have fun arranging the thick cardboard pieces, making his own pies, and learning about fractions. Non-readers who can't read fractions can play by matching the fruits. This is recommended for ages 6 and up.
