Alphabet Alley has created some high-quality products for young children! "Smart Fun for Little Souls" is the tagline on all their products, and they are so right! They offer a variety of products to teach little ones about the Bible as well as "the basics" (ABCs, etc.). (We had the privilege to review a few things from their product line; look for more reviews on this site!)

We reviewed the Noah's Bible ABC Stacking Blocks. What a fun, easy way to teach numbers and letters to our little ones!

We love wooden toys and were impressed by the high quality of these blocks, which are just the right size for little hands. This product would be great for the age 1 and up crowd. The blocks are not solid; they are hollow on the bottom for stacking. They have numerals on the top and the corresponding number of stars to teach counting. The sides of the blocks feature letters (both upper and lowercase) and a picture. For example, the "Ss" picture depicts an adorable shepherd. There are 10 wooden stacking blocks in all, featuring Noah and the Ark, the numbers 1-9, and the alphabet. They even come in a plastic, zippered carrying case to take on the road (or just for easy clean-up and storage)! I love that!

I think this is a fun early-learning game for young family members. It would make a fantastic gift and would encourage older siblings to sit and play with younger ones, all the while teaching them their ABCs in a way little ones can understand--through FUN! The hollow bottoms might cause little ones to put the blocks on their hands and feet (mine did!). The finely sanded wood can become quite slippery on carpeting--something to watch out for. Other than that, we love the high-quality products from Alphabet Alley. I love that they are wood and not cheap plastic like so many toys and games today! Definite recommendation!
