So many amazing things can be found in the United States of America. Everyday Explorers: USA takes students on a tour of each state. Students will travel back in time and learn about the state’s history and some interesting destinations. Children are encouraged to keep a timeline, as well as complete other activities that are provided. Patrick Nurre’s Geology course has been traveling the nation as well—the National Parks, to be specific. Journey to Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, Badlands National Park, and Saguaro National Park. View the slideshows Patrick has included and learn about the geology of the region being studied. This section of the course has been ongoing since June 2014 but archived lessons on rocks and minerals are also available.
