Yellow Star, written by Mary Evelyn Notgrass, is a drama performed by the Homeschool Dramatic Society in Cookeville, Tennessee. Set in a French village during World War II, the story is about the Beaumont family, who are asked to take in some Jewish children to hide them from the Nazis, putting their own lives in danger. This 90-minute performance includes some traditional French songs and dances, as well as some original pieces.

One thing the buyer needs to keep in mind: this is a school play, and the quality is what you would expect of your typical school play. The filming and sound qualities are average, though the acting is fairly good. Some families might really enjoy watching this performance; however, my children and I found it mildly boring and not very enjoyable.
