Due to a health condition that includes a chemical sensitivity, I have been forced to remove all harmful products from our household. I know I am not alone. Many people today are looking into "natural" skin care products for their families. The task can be daunting, especially considering the labeling and marketing of many products. Many of the so-called "natural" or organic products may indeed contain one or two natural ingredients, but because of government guidelines, they can still contain several harmful chemicals! The truly natural products I found were quite costly.

This is not the case with Daisy Blue Naturals handcrafted cold process soaps, lotions, and essential oils. You can be sure that there are no added petrochemicals, parabens, phosphates, or sulfates. The products are also biodegradable, not tested on animals, and reasonably priced for products that contain such fine ingredients. The labels are clear on each product, listing all ingredients. Organic olive oil, coconut oil, sweet almond oil, and essential oils and extracts are what you'll find. Each product truly is "natural" and was created by a chemist and mother who started simply by making soap for her baby.

The Shea Butter Bar that I tried had a lovely lemongrass scent and lathered very well, leaving the skin soft and moisturized. Ten percent of the sale of this bar goes to help women and children in Uganda, via the Kids Inspiring Kids (KIK) program. As a thank you, you receive an adorable free bracelet made from recycled paper by the women of the Banda Ghetto. I can't help but think of these amazing women every time I wear my special Banda Bracelet.

After taking a shower, being in the sun, or anytime you want extra moisture, the Calendula-N-Honey Baby Oil is perfect! To me, it has a light, sweet honey "baby" fragrance that reminds me a bit of baby powder but is not overpowering. A little definitely goes a long way and makes the skin feel like silk! For your children, Raspberry Larry Lotion is a wonderful way to keep their skin moisturized. The bottle is cute, and the lotion smells "vine ripened." It's not just for children of course--I love it!

The Grapefruit Mint Lip Balm is every bit as yummy as it sounds. The invigorating grapefruit fragrance and fresh minty taste, combined with sweet almond oil, beeswax, and essential oils, makes the perfect summertime healing lip balm. The Comfort Oil and Pillow Mist both have a heavy, "earthy" fragrance to them. The oil has a strong yet refreshing eucalyptus scent to aide sore muscles. The Pillow Mist is a lavender and orange oil blend. You simply spray it on your pillow for relaxing aromatherapy at bedtime.

Daisy Blue Naturals has an extensive line of facial products, baby products, hair care products, spa products, soaps, and even things for your home. They also help you find a consultant in your area and offer business opportunities if you would like to represent the company yourself. I love these products so much that I am considering representing the company as a consultant. I emailed for information and was pleased to find a prompt and professional reply. If you're looking for natural products for your family, give Daisy Blue Naturals a try!
