BROWNIE MELTAWAYS
Brownie Meltaways are a quick and easy treat.
Ingredients
- 1 package fudge brownie mix
- ½ cup flaked coconut
- ½ cup chopped nuts
- 3 cups icing sugar
- 1/3 cup butter or margarine softened
- 1 ½ tsp vanilla
- 2 tbsp milk approximate
- 2 1- ounce squares unsweetened chocolate
- 2 tsp butter or margarine
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350*.
- Prepare brownies as directed on package, except, stir in coconut and nuts into dough.
- Bake as directed. Cool.
- Mix icing sugar, 1/3 cup margarine and the vanilla.
- Stir in milk, 1 teaspoon at a time, until of spreading consistency
- Spread over brownies.
- Refrigerate
