Hey Mama, God bless you and keep you in this new year . . . whether you’re great at grammar or not. Let me share a little secret. I know a number of homeschooling parents (dead serious) who are pretty bad at grammar, not so good at spelling, and who are wholly committed to homeschooling
Ruth Beechick said, “After children write well, sometime in their teen years, they can learn some grammar so they will be educated about it. They will not have been burned out on it, and they may actually enjoy it at that time.” Sounds like a nice, relaxed approach. We like to take it easy, too.
