Alphabet Kids Book Set Review by Christine Hindle

The Alphabet Kids books are a set of six books to read to your young children. The children learn about different cultures and languages, relationships, traditions, different foods, and even conservation. Each book features a different character: Allegra (Italian), Elena (Hispanic), Isaac (Jewish), Oni (African American), Umar (Middle Eastern), and Yang (Chinese). These are paperback books for young children, each containing about 24 pages. My books arrived in a black tote bag that says "Alphabet Kids" on it in lime green lettering along with the website info.

I enjoyed these books, as did the preschooler and first grader I shared them with. The stories are engaging, informational, and fun. The illustrations are colorful and very nicely done.

I would recommend that you add this series to your early elementary curriculum. You can buy the entire set of six books for $29.94. There is additional related material for sale on the website. You can also buy the books individually if you would rather not cover one of the topics.
