Poodles, Noodles & Snickerdoodles Review by Christine HindleBy Todd Rutherford

This is a child's glossy paperback of about 30 pages. There is more picture than text on each page, so I am guessing this is intended for preschoolers, although the message is for all ages. I personally am not crazy about the illustrations, but my young granddaughter does not seem to notice anything amiss. So I will just chalk that up to personal taste. The story involves some poodle pups that bypass healthy foods and instead chow down every day on noodles dripping with butter and cheese and snickerdoodles for dessert. Predictably, they grow listless and gained weight. When the parent poodles change their diet, they get more energy and get back on track.
This book sells on Amazon for $14.99. If you are looking for a story to go along with your young child's Health/Nutrition lesson, you might consider this book.
