eSchoolMaps is a CD-ROM containing a large collection of clipart maps. There are maps of the United States, individual states, the world, globes, regions, and various countries.
These maps are an ideal teaching tool for any grade level, kindergarten through college. What sets eSchoolMaps apart is that they are completely editable. They are available in Power Point, EPS, JPG, BMP, and GIF formats. The CD-ROM is both Windows and Mac compatible. Although this program is not specifically made for homeschoolers, it is definitely a great resource for homeschool families.
I really like these maps. However, I know that I am not taking full advantage of all the features of this program because I do not fully understand how to use it. I wish it had come with an instruction manual. Those familiar with all the formats available on this map program will find it invaluable. And at a price of $39.95, it is very affordable. It may very well be the only map resource you will need.
