100% natural made with whole sorghum flour, rice flour, tapioca starch, evaporated cane juice, and salt, Perky O's are unique in the world of "O" shaped cereal. While the original flavor was not what we had hoped it would be, as the flavor of the sorghum was rather strong, the Apple Cinnamon flavor made up for it entirely.

A sweet cinnamon apple flavor that really exploded in your mouth with taste; it was gone in one morning! The ingredients for this cereal are as follows: whole sorghum flour, organic powdered sugar (organic evaporated cane juice, organic corn starch), rice flour, sunflower oil, tapioca starch, evaporated cane juice, cinnamon, natural apple flavor, and salt. As a mother, I was quite pleased with the ingredients, and as for my children, they all energetically ate it up!

It is always nice to have a whole grain and most of us don't get the full daily requirements we need. One and a half cups (a good sized regular bowl of cereal) of Perky's Apple Cinnamon O's provides one complete serving of whole grain. It is also completely nut and gluten free.
