Kristen Heider – Director of Marketing

Crystal Niehoff – Schoolhouse Manager

Crystal homeschooled her children from 2000 until her youngest graduated in 2023. As an Army chaplain’s wife, mom of four, and proud grandma to seven, Crystal brings both experience and heart to her work. With a background in business administration and child development, she’s passionate about helping homeschool moms build community and thrive. Crystal also hosts the Military Homeschool Moms Podcast, where she encourages and equips families in the unique adventure of homeschooling through military life.

Sheila Chairvolotti – Business Analytics Team Manager

Sheila lives in New England and has homeschooled her children through to graduation. She has a background in biology and environmental studies and loves helping others learn to succeed in and enjoy science and math.

Charlotte Gochnauer – Ad Sales Marketing

Charlotte lives in Northern California with her best friend, who also happens to be her husband of 29 years. As a second generation homeschooler, teaching their four children was a main part of her life. Her son and three daughters have graduated from high school and have moved on to college, marriage and beyond. Christine Weller – SchoolhouseTeachers.com Marketing Team Manager

With a background in teaching in the public sector, Christine Weller made the decision early on that she would teach her children at home. She has been homeschooling her two boys, 10 and 6, since birth in the lovely province of Ontario, Canada. Through her Weller Mom blog, she writes to encourage moms in their journey of motherhood. She is also the author of two children’s books. She is currently working to support homeschoolers everywhere through the roles of Marketing Team Manager for SchoolhouseTeachers.com and Marketing Assistant for The Canadian Schoolhouse.

Jessica Larson – Affiliate Manager

Jessica is a blessed homeschool mama to four beautiful children, the daughter of an amazingly powerful Heavenly Father, wife to a supportive and loving husband…incredibly grateful to lean on the Lord each step of the way! Fueled by Jesus and coffee, she loves to run, knit, read, is passionate about missions, and feels incredibly blessed to be a part of God’s work in the lives of families as a member of the The Old Schoolhouse team.
