CND College Prep is a collaboration between three friends who have a passion for helping families successfully get students through college, without debt. They blazed the trail in their own homes, helping their children launch to college with enough award money to graduate college without debt. After advising other friends through the process, they realized there is a real need for help navigating this process, and CND was born. They now offer two-hour private consultations on various topics.

My husband and I joined them for an online consult to learn more about the murky waters of Scholarship Search. All three of the creators joined in. We enjoyed hearing from Carrie, Norma, and Deloris. They are very sincere and it was obvious that they care very much about helping students get to college. The tagline on their website is “Caring Now for Your Destiny” and you can tell that they really do mean it.

Previous to the meeting, they sent handouts through email for me. At the meeting, we went through slides of the handouts and read them. The handout information included a page listing five legitimate websites that are scholarship databases, a log to keep track of scholarships, a two-page list of scholarships from HSLDA, and a page of national scholarships. There was also a page of scholarships and programs that are specific to my state.

We read through the information and the ladies shared many inspiring stories along the way, having helped many students avoid debt, some all the way through graduate school, and some with award money that exceeded their college expenses. The key thing that they encouraged was the persistence it takes to keep trying and applying. They welcomed questions and were eager to help us understand the process.

In addition to the Scholarship Search consultation, CND also offers help with: College Prep, College Timeline, Financial Aid, Decoding the Award Letter, Scholarship Application, Resume and Essay Preparation, and Student Loans. Each session is two hours long and costs $250.00.
