The Mobile Edge - 2.0 Express Notebook Case 17" – Black is a laptop case by Mobile Edge, a company that offers a variety of laptop cases, other accessories and more for both men and women.  This particular case is meant for Google Chromebooks, Surface Pro 3, HP Revolve along with all other laptops up to 17 inches in size.  Its innovative design is lightweight and enables you to work directly out of the case.  There are four straps located inside the case to secure the laptop in place. 

It includes a shoulder strap that is removable along with a durable handle.  A front zippered compartment can store accessories or other items you may wish to take with you.  Inside there is a file compartment.  It is made of ballistic nylon to be durable.  It has steel fittings and self-healing zippers. There is also a lifetime warranty.  This particular case sells for $39.99.  It is also available in sizes to fit devices ranging from 11.6" to 17.3".

For this review, I am the one who used the case.  We live in Texas and often have to travel up to two hours or more to get to places where we need to go.  I have a Dell laptop that is approximately 15.4” along with a laptop that is 17”, both laptops fit in the case correctly. 

During the time I was reviewing this product, we had to drive two hours away to one of the nearest Military installations for my husband.  I felt it was the perfect time to try out this case, especially with the Texas heat.  We have on some occasions fell victim to electronics, such as GPS units, that would not turn on because of extreme temperatures.  Summertime in Texas definitely offers extreme heat.  I was able to use my laptop in our van while riding with no problems. 

When we got out of the vehicle, I left the case and laptop in the van.  Upon returning to the van, I turned on the computer, and it booted up with no difficulty.  I loved how much I could put in the case without it becoming bulky or too heavy.  My husband and our youngest son have also been eyeing the case as well.  I have a feeling the case will be well-used by our family.

I was extremely pleased with the quality of the Mobile Edge - 2.0 Express Notebook Case 17" in Black.  I am delighted I had the opportunity to review this product and would definitely recommend it.
