Zoomi Straw Sippy Cups Review by Emily Schnetz

The Zoomi Straw Sippy Cup is a sippy cup intended for babies age six months and up and is designed to transition from bottles to regular cups as the baby gets older. This sippy cup comes with three parts, the cup, the straw and the lid, super simple! Also, this cup comes in three different designs: monster truck, safari and a butterfly’s. The cup itself is BPA free and the straw is made of valve free silicone. The cup retails at $9.95.

I used this product with my six-month-old baby as she began to start eating solid foods. We used it with every mealtime, so she could become used to using a sippy cup. It’s dishwasher safe and easy to assemble as there are only three parts to it.

I enjoyed using this sippy as did my baby. It is easy for her to grab and hold and drink out of by herself, after a couple tries. I like that it is so easy to clean, the three separate parts made this especially simple and easy to put back together. I did notice that my baby liked to bite and chew on the straw but so far it appears that the straw is tough enough for her toothless gums to chew on. Also, the designs are fun too! The American Dental Association recommends valve free straws for sippy cups so that is a great benefit of this product. The only negative thing I have to say is that I did notice the straw leaking a few times and when you have milk in there that can get sticky. Also, the packaging to the product indicates that this sippy is intended for babies six months and up, however the website says twelve months which I found a bit confusing.

Overall, I think this is a great sippy cup. The simplicity is awesome! I also like how easy it is for my baby to hold and drink out of the cup with little assistance. Being a busy mom, I love the fact that it is dishwasher friendly. I would certainly recommend this product. It is priced at $9.95 each.
