Geared toward ages 5-10, Making and Playing Homemade Instruments is a 60-minute DVD that instructs children in how to create their very own homemade instruments!

This DVD is really fun for the whole family to get involved in! It combines arts, crafts, music, and fun as you work on homemade instruments, such as a Bleach Bottle Banjo, Tin Can Maracas, Spoons, Oatmeal Box Conga Drums, Bottle Cap Castanets, Washtub Bass, and many others.

This is an engaging, folksy DVD that encourages children to use their imaginations. It will help develop manual dexterity, teach proper tool usage, and more! Children love to do artsty-craftsy projects, and making musical instruments was a big hit here in our family. This would be great for a church camp, a homeschool group, a VBS activity, or just rainy day fun around the house. Thumbs up!
