God's Heart for You by Marie Chapian is a beautiful, touching book of intimate meditations. It's a wonderful way draw closer to Him, to get back into God's word, discover His direction, and hear His voice. The readings are a fresh, Scripture-based way of getting closer to God. They remind us of God's amazing presence in our lives and provide an uplifting, encouraging new way to praise and worship Him.

Each daily reading includes a verse of scripture relating to the topic of the reading and a beautiful and unique prayer, excerpt or poem. Some of the daily topics include: "The Gift of Wholeness", "The Meaning of Mercy", "Hidden Resentment", "Omega Faith", "Deliverance", "The Cheerful Heart", "Hold On!" and "Remove Your Limitations". I found myself looking forward to spending a few minutes each day studying His word and using this book as a guide. I definitely recommend this book for those who feel far from God, or need a breath of fresh air in their spiritual life. This book is a remarkable way of running back into God's arms.

Also co-authored by Marie Chapian are Free to Be Thin and Telling Yourself the Truth. I have read other books by her and have been delighted. This book is sure to do the same for you!
