Can You See What I See? (Game)

Game Wright

"Can You See What I See? A Finder's Keeper's Game" is a fast, visually appealing game based on the Can You See What I See? series of books by Walter Wick. The game is intended for two to six players, ages 4 and up. Playing time is approximately ten minutes per game. The game includes forty Find Me tiles and sixty Keep Me cards. When a Find Me card is revealed, players must carefully search their Keep Me cards to see if the item on the Find Me card is hidden on their Keep Me cards. The first player to collect all their Keep Me cards is the winner!

The Keep Me cards are brilliantly colored photo collages of interesting objects. The game cards are bright and fun to look at. No reading is required, making this a fantastic game for the preschool crowd. With a playing time of ten minutes, even a young child can remain focused until the end of the game. Depending on the attention span of the child, several games can be played in a row. With my 4-year-old and 7-year-old daughters, we often play three or four games in a row.

As a parent I appreciate games that allow me to involve different ages of children. This game does that. My 4-year-old and 7-year-old are able to play this game equally well. The 4-year-old is able to play without becoming frustrated. The 7-year-old does not find it too babyish. I also enjoy playing with them.

The game also includes a set of more challenging instructions for ages 8 and up.

This is a very sturdy game. After many hours of play, our game pieces and box are still in excellent condition.

We have greatly enjoyed this game at our house. I highly recommend "Can You See What I See?"
