No-Guilt Banana Splits

Ingredients
  

  • Bananas
  • 2 cups cottage cheese, yogurt or applesauce
  • Blueberries, kiwis, strawberries, raspberries
  • Nuts or granola
  • Whipped cream
  • Caramel or chocolate sauce
  • Cherries (optional)

Method
 

  1. Cut a banana length-wise on a dish.
  2. In between the bananas, add enough yogurt, cottage cheese or applesauce to satisfy you.
  3. Add any fruit that you desire: strawberries, kiwis, strawberries, raspberries.
  4. Add granola or nuts.
  5. Add whipped cream.
  6. Drizzle some caramel or chocolate sauce over the top.
  7. Cherry on top!
