Caramel Marshmallows

Ingredients
  

  • 1 16oz package caramels
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 can evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 package of large marshmallows

Method
 

  1. Stir first four ingredients until smooth in double broiler.
  2. Dip marshmallows in caramel and then roll in either coconut, rice krispies, or nuts.
