Broccoli, Rice, and Cheese Casserole

Ingredients
  

  • 1 package frozen chopped broccoli
  • 2 cups rice (cooked)
  • 1 onion
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 lb Velveeta cheese
  • 1 can fried onion rings

Method
 

  1. Cook the broccoli and rice by directions on the package.
  2. Fry onion in one stick of butter.
  3. Mix these three together.
  4. Melt cheese in microwave and add milk to thin.
  5. Mix the cheese with the first three ingredients and half the can of fried onion rings.
  6. Bake for half hour at 350 degrees.
  7. Top with remaining fried onion rings and brown.
