Baked Cheddar Hash Brown Casserole

Ingredients

kg (2.2 lbs)
pkg frozen hash browns, thawed

sour cream
1
medium onion, diced
1
(10 oz.) can crea of mushroom soup
3
green onions, chopped
1/2
cup
melted butter

cups
cheddar cheese, grated
1/2
cup
grated Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Grease a 9x13 inch pan.
Combine all ingredients together except the Parmesan cheese and place into the prepared dish.
Top it with the Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until bubbling and the top is nicely browned.
Let it set for 15 minutes before serving.
Notes
Bake uncovered but if it starts to brown too much too soon, cover it with aluminum foil.
