No-Guilt Banana Splits

Ingredients
  

  • Bananas
  • 2 cups cottage cheese, yogurt or applesauce
  • Blueberries, kiwis, strawberries, raspberries
  • Nuts or granola
  • Whipped cream
  • Caramel or chocolate sauce
  • Cherries (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Cut a banana length-wise on a dish.
  • In between the bananas, add enough yogurt, cottage cheese or applesauce to satisfy you.
  • Add any fruit that you desire: strawberries, kiwis, strawberries, raspberries.
  • Add granola or nuts.
  • Add whipped cream.
  • Drizzle some caramel or chocolate sauce over the top.
  • Cherry on top!
