Ingredients

small ripe bananas
(fresh or frozen)

milk
(cow, almond, cashew, etc.)
1-1/2 - 2
tbsp.
unsweetened cocoa powder
2
tbsp.
chia seeds or nut butter
Instructions
Pour ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Add more milk as needed.
Pour into popsicle molds.
Freeze 3-4 hours until firm.
