Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients
  

  • 1-1/2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla or almond extract
  • 1/2 cup dried, fresh or frozen apples, bananas, cranberries, raisins, etc.

Instructions
 

  • Mix dry ingredients together, then add wet ingredients
  • Stir in dried fruit or use fresh or frozen fruit
  • Scoop into one big dish for baking or put in individual oven-proof dishes (reduce baking time by 5-10 minutes if baking in individual servings)
  • Bake for 30 minutes at 350°F
