Kids Quick Cook: Chicken Noodle Casserole

Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz. egg noodles
  • 4 cups cooked chicken, chopped up in bite-sized pieces
  • 2-10 oz. cans of cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups frozen vegetables (your choice of the kind)
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 2 tbsp. chopped parsley
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Spray a 9 x 13 casserole dish with cooking spray.
  • Cook noodles according to package. Drain.
  • Mix together all ingredients except parsley into a bowl.
  • Put the mixture into the casserole dish, sprinkle the parsley over it and then cover it. If you don't have a cover, just use aluminum foil.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until heated through.
  • Dish it out and serve!
