Broccoli, Rice, and Cheese Casserole

Ingredients
  

  • 1 package frozen chopped broccoli
  • 2 cups rice (cooked)
  • 1 onion
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 lb Velveeta cheese
  • 1 can fried onion rings

Instructions
 

  • Cook the broccoli and rice by directions on the package.
  • Fry onion in one stick of butter.
  • Mix these three together.
  • Melt cheese in microwave and add milk to thin.
  • Mix the cheese with the first three ingredients and half the can of fried onion rings.
  • Bake for half hour at 350 degrees.
  • Top with remaining fried onion rings and brown.
