Many of us make resolutions each year, even if we don’t write them down or say them out loud. One of the most popular resolutions is getting in shape and eating right. can help you with that with three of our courses. Family Fitness with Bethany Learn contains three modules that talk about goal setting, patterns of movement, firming up habits, posture and your core, and alignment. The course includes professional videos, printouts, and physical activities for the whole family. Family Nutrition with Jennifer Needham will help you to learn to recognize nutrients and teach you how to choose nutrient-dense foods. She’ll also talk about height, weight, and BMI, and how those things relate to our health. This 14-week course includes printable text, worksheets, and recipes with occasional videos and quizzes. There is even a discussion about organic food, allergies and intolerances, and energy-dense and energy-deficient foods. Whole Foods Cooking with Sue Gregg will help you to put into practice some of the things taught in the other courses. Even young children can learn how to cook. Step-by-step photo demonstrations, along with printouts, will guide you through Brown Rice and Quinoa, Chicken Stock and Soups, Taco Chip O’le, Tuna Bunsteads, Baked Parmesan Chicken, Lemon Baked Salmon, Baked Potato Gourmet, and Pasta Parmesan Supreme.
