What’s Cooking?

/ / Blog, Schoolhouse Teachers

Oh, the wonderful smells that will be coming from our kitchens this week! If you have some holes in your menu or need some ideas for the leftover pumpkin filling or turkey, check out the November Monthly Menu under both the Resources tab and the Family/For Parents tab. You’ll find recipes for pumpkin roll, pumpkin cream puffs, and squared pumpkin pie, along with Brined Thanksgiving Turkey and After Thanksgiving Soup. Don’t miss Eggnog French Toast! Whole Foods Cooking with Sue Gregg also has some delicious recipes using turkey, though these recipes call for ground turkey. She has Taco Chip O’le this month, as well as a Bible study to coincide that also teaches you how to use whole foods as opposed to refined, canned, and packaged foods.
