SchoolhouseTeachers.com recognizes there are many different ways to learn and many ways that children struggle to learn. We have enlisted the help of some experts to assist you in your journey. Special needs consultant, Judi Munday, provides invaluable assistance through her Special Needs course. She talks about writing short-term goals, choosing curriculum, modifying and adapting instruction, and assistive technology. She also spends time on the topic of teaching children with dyslexia to read. Sensory Learning for Toddlers with Beth Gorden gives preschoolers a head start on learning their letters. There are 26 lessons that focus on a word which begins with the weekly letter. Beth provides book suggestions and a myriad of activities to help youngsters remember their alphabet.
