Have you or your children every wondered how to scare a bear? Then Scare a Bear is for you. This 32-page picture book is filled with delightful rhyme and humorous suggestions for scaring a bear away from your campsite. Of course, the friendly bear isn't easily scared, so it ends up swimming, fishing, eating dinner, and spending the night with the campers. The way to scare a bear is deceptively simple and is revealed on the last page of the book when the campers call in the ranger for help.

The illustrations in Scare a Bear are colorful, eye-catching, and fun. My 4-year-old son carried this book to bed several nights in a row so he could look at the pictures. My 6-year-old son enjoyed reading and looking at pictures in the book. If you're looking for a fun and whimsical picture book to add to your bookshelf, I recommend you take a look at Scare a Bear.
