Kaboost Review by Stacy Rocha

Kaboost is a portable chair booster. Instead of your child being boosted by a booster seat, the chair itself is boosted. For the price of $37.95, this ingenious booster makes your child feel like a big kid. The Kaboost is designed for children ages 20 months to 6 years, and it can hold up to 300 hundred pounds. It is adjustable and fits most standard four-legged chairs. Once snapped into place, it is very sturdy and will stay on the chair even when the chair is moved. Kaboost makes your chair more stable with its wide base and non-slip feet. There are two height positions, so it grows with your child. It is available in four beautifully modern colors; green, chocolate, natural, and charcoal; you're sure to find one that will match your decor.

When I first received my Kaboost I had a little trouble figuring out how to attach it to the chair. I had to have someone help me hold the chair while I attached the Kaboost to it. After playing around with it a little, I finally figured out how to put it on by myself and was amazed that I had any trouble to begin with! After placing the Kaboost on the floor, I put the back two legs in and then tilted the chair back a little so I could pull on the spring-loaded legs of the Kaboost and attach it to the front two legs of the chair. It took merely seconds and the chair was raised.

I have really enjoyed using Kaboost with my two-year-old daughter. It is easy and convenient to use. My only concern is that there is nothing strapping the child to the chair. Most booster seats have a strap securing your child to it, but Kaboost has no straps. If your child should fall, he would be falling farther than he would have if the Kaboost were not in place. With this product, you should never leave your child unattended.
