The Back to HomeSchool Lesson Planner and Record Keeper contains 55 reproducible forms for lesson planning, recordkeeping, goal setting, progress evaluations, time management, Bible study, chore lists, and much more. They suggest that you purchase a binder, a zippered pouch, 7-10 tabbed dividers (clear or color-coded), and 2 pocket dividers. They also recommend using plastic protective sleeves for the forms.

The Let's Get Organized packet is much the same as Back to Homeschool, but it is a "Personal, Home & Family Organizer." There are forms for time management, home helps, shopping lists, holiday lists, telephone and address lists, journaling, emergency release information, chore charts, baby sitting instructions, medical records, vacation planning, and much more. There are even records the men in your life can use. There are 84 reproducible forms in all, covering just about anything you could think of. This packet also includes 2 pocket dividers, 10 tabbed dividers, and 2 small manila envelopes to make putting your notebook together even easier.

These folks have covered everything you could possible want to keep track of. My only objection to the whole plan is that I do my record keeping on my computer. I would have been much happier with a CD with all the forms on it, preferably forms that could have the information inserted into them and saved on the computer and/or printed out to put into a notebook. Making copies of a bunch of papers and filling them out by hand and sticking them in a notebook is not my idea of a good time. But for many people, this method would be a very good way to get organized and stay organized.
