"Apples and acorns and all sorts of things--

Let's find the blessings that God's autumn brings."

It's the season for all things autumn! Nature is dressed in russet and gold and the weather is just right for a visit to the pumpkin patch. I was already a fan of Kathy-Jo Wargin's work, so I knew we would love the book, P is for Pumpkin-God's Harvest Alphabet. It's a colorful hardback book with bright, whimsical illustrations. Starting with the letter "A," you'll journey through autumn, all the way to "Z"! This book is filled with seasonal favorites such as apples, Indian corn, leaves, and scarecrows. Not only that, but each page contains a poem to go along with the letter and word it features. These lovely rhymes focus on our Creator, and things that build character, such as kindness and sharing. It's a beautiful time of the year, so cuddle up with your child and this wonderful book and celebrate it!
